'Cruella'

Owner wants to keep all the Panniers and keep the bike looking as original as possible

 

The first job was to remove the panniers and the plastics from the rear

which caused some major head scratching and a full pot of tea!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The swinging arm was removed -  a Monoshock system

 

This was then cut and a bit of Geometry worked out

Note the brake under the front wheel! 

 

 

 

I came up with a unique design to enable the mudguards to move out giving access to the panniers
